Data we collect

When you sign up for the Ressac beta, we collect: first name, email address, type and size of your organization, operating system, AI tools used and, if you wish, a description of your needs.
When you simply browse the site, the host records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested) needed for the security and proper operation of the service.

Purposes and legal bases

• Running the beta and keeping you informed about Ressac (invitations, new versions, launch offers): based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, including through the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Keeping the site secure: based on our legitimate interest.

Your data is never sold or rented.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for Super3 Studio only. It is processed on our behalf by:

• Brevo (SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France): contact management and email sending;
• Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus): website hosting.

If a processor needs to transfer data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Retention period

Sign-up data is kept for no more than three years from collection or from your last contact with us, in line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) recommendations. If you unsubscribe, it is removed from our mailing lists.

Cookies

At this time, this site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool. A technical cookie may remember your chosen display language; it is necessary for the service you request and does not require consent. If we add an audience measurement tool that requires consent, a banner will let you accept or refuse it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to set instructions regarding your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to us at the address above.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
